Swedish born, Mallorca fan, Health and nutritious conscious, love elaborate vegetarian food but have no issues preparing a meat feast
Although I’m fully trained in the French cuisine, traveling around a lot and living in Spain for 20+ years has inspired and given me the knowledge to create international dishes combining ingredients from the corners of the world.
My specialty is to create a fusion between colours, textures and flavours without missing out on the essential of giving a healthy meal to fit the clients unique needs and culinary pallets.
