Get to know me better

I own a farm. Grow all my own produce and am a qualified chef. Nutrition, big flavours and seasonal creativity is what I am all about.

I am a professional chef for about 15 years now. I got my culinary diploma in barcelona and then Continued my studies in Mexico. I have won some awards over the years for pies and game cookery. I had my own hog roast buisness for a few years in the UK and love smoking food and charcuterie. I can cater for meat eaters and vegans to the same standard and have a wide variety of experinace and flavour combinations from all the diffrent places I have worked in the world.
