I am a dedicated chef with a powerful passion for the culinary arts, shaped by my early experiences in my parents' three restaurants in Ibiza. After honing my skills in culinary school in Holland, I had the privilege of working under Michelin-starred Chef Dennis de Jong. This experience deepened my expertise and solidified my commitment to excellence. Seeking to expand my skill set, I transitioned to managing a bar in Bali, where I rediscovered my true passion lies in the kitchen. Despite my youth, I have successfully managed my own kitchen on the MY Fortuna yacht, where I learned the intricacies of running a high-pressure kitchen environment. I bring creativity, a strong work ethic, and a fresh perspective to every project I undertake. I am now excited to embark on new culinary adventures, exploring private projects around the globe and bringing my unique background to create unforgettable dining experiences.
