I consider my self a passionate and dedicated chef with a lot of creativity also very understanding towards anyones gastronomic needs
I am a professional chef with 7 years of experience at different restaurants in basque country, valencia and madrid. I started of studying at Karlos arguiñano’s cooking school and working for him at his restaurant, after that period of time I moved on to one of the best bread makers in madrid. I moved back to basque country to work at on of the best fish grills in Getaria and ended at a Michelin star restaurant (Kokotxa) in san Sebastian as head chef of party. Came back to madrid to work for Oscar velasco, former head chef at a two mechelin star restaurant. Now i’m working at one of the best restaurants in madrid called LaKasa as head chef of meats and hunting meats. Looking forward to new and privet experiences.
