Im originally from Argentina, and I've been traveling and cooking in different countries for the past 10 years. I have cooked in kitchens recognized by the 50 Best Awards and in Michelin-starred kitchens (1, 2, and 3 stars) in Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and Spain. This experience has trained me to cook various styles of food and even create fusions between them.

My background is in fine dining, but I also enjoy cooking comfort food and simple daily meals. While I love cooking with high-quality ingredients, Im equally skilled at preparing excellent dishes with everyday ingredients.

I love working with seafood, grilling perfect steaks, and being creative with local farm vegetables. When I step into a kitchen, I am serious, calm, consistent, and strong. However, above all, the most important thing to me is to cook with passion and love.
