With over 18 years in the culinary industry, I have had the opportunity of working in various countries such as South Africa, Scotland, France, Switzerland, Spain, Dubai and Turkey.
These experiences have allowed me to explore different cuisines and techniques, which I have incorporated into my cooking style.
Although my greatest expertise is in Classical French Cuisine, I have extensive experience in Indian, Italian, Spanish and even South African (braai style) ways of cooking.
