Former biomedical engineer student, +3 professional cook experience. Passionate for my job
I'm a former biomedical engineer student and professional cook with 3+ experience. I studied Culinary Arts Academy in Le Bouveret in 2017, further on, I started my professional life with an one month experience in the Ritz Paris hotel, moving on to Spain where I had another four months experience at the three star Michelin restaurant Quique Dacosta in Denia, where I realized that I was in the right path, doing what I love. After my Michellin experience, I decided that was time to live in a new kitchen enviroment, a big chain hotel, where I worked for 1 year at Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I in Barcelona, and then another experience in Hotel Arts - Barcelona, in Arola restaurante for 5 months
Specialized in Italian, Brazilian gastronomy, Rice's paella style and tapas.
