Starting my working life after university in London at an advertising agency, I could not shake a desire to escape the rat race, to pursue my dream of becoming a chef. Cooking and eating with friends and family has always been close to my heart, but making that leap to take up a job cooking all over the Mediterranean as a Yacht and Private Villa Chef, is what made my dream a reality.
From a 6-course fine dining tasting menu, to hunks of crusty ciabatta and a hearty bubbling lasagna to feed the masses. . . whatever it is that you are looking for, each bespoke menu will be carefully curated just for you.
