This passion has led me to kitchens across the globe, including renowned establishments such as Barrafina in London (awarded with 1 Michelin star), Louis XV under the guidance of culinary maestro Jordi Vilà, and the esteemed Alkimia, also graced with 1 Michelin star.

Throughout my culinary odyssey, I have served as the culinary maestro orchestrating the gastronomic symphony at Pizzicatto restaurant nestled within the iconic Palau de la Música in bustling Barcelona until the year 2024. It has been a privilege to lead a team dedicated to crafting unforgettable dining experiences for our patrons.
