I am a happy, creative and positive personality that loves food and enjoy cooking for people.
I have been working in the yachting industry for 11 years. My role as a Chef has become predominant and has turned into a real passion since 2015.
I am half Italian half Egyptian and my favourite style is fusion cuisine where a wide variety of products, flavours and diverse cultural background translate into an enjoyable and truly nourishing experience. I take pride in creating bespoke menus to meet any dietary requirements and offer to my clients the best culinary journey I can.
I am a happy, creative and positive personality. I am always happy to face new challenges, driven by the idea that professional and personal development is the key in life and a never-ending process. I enjoy my job and I always put all my energy and love in everything I do.
It is very important to me to establish and maintain productive partnerships with clients by gaining their trust and respect. I treasure all my previous professional relationships, which have always created a very efficient but also beautiful and fun environment.
