I’m a professional vegan chef with more then 10 years of experience. I. Started my career as a food technician in a specialized spice factory. After that I became more interested in cooking and preparing dishes, so I worked in a vegan start-up for instant meals in Germany.
At the end, I decided to move to Spain, I specialized in vegan cooking and worked successfully in various vegan restaurants.
