I am a distinguished professional chef with over 18 years of culinary experience, shaped by extensive training and work across Spain, Switzerland, Italy, and France. My culinary journey began at the prestigious Hoffman School of Cooking in Barcelona, where I developed a solid foundation in essential cooking techniques. Driven by my adventurous spirit, I furthered my education at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland, graduating in International Culinary Arts. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in the rich traditions of Alpine, French, and Italian cuisines.

After eight years of working in various kitchens around the world, I returned to Spain to complete my Master’s Degree in Food Technology and Advanced Techniques of Modern Cuisine at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián. For the past four years, I have dedicated myself to providing exceptional private chef services in luxury chalets in the French Alps and exquisite villas throughout the Mediterranean.
