If I could rate 10 stars I would have....the experience was so wonderful. If you want not only a fantastic meal but also a truly remarkable, one of a kind experience book a private dinner with Chef Jairo! The dinner that Chef Jairo prepared for us has been the highlight of our trip to Spain! His attention to detail was phenomenal and his cooking talent unmatched. We have had sushi all over the world and Chef Jairo's sushi was some of the best and perhaps the best we have eaten. Most importantly his professionalism top notch and his personality so friendly. In addition, he was very responsive and communicative.

Jairo was a very nice person and took great care of us. He used some veggies that were grown in his garden and the entire evening was a real treat! The crowd favorite was definitely the chocolate brownie for dessert!

Everything was amazing! All communication from the beginning was very good! We chose tapas menu and Jairo had created amazing spanish tapas with his own twist. He also served special dishes for our 3 kids even though we just book the dinnet for adults. Highly recommendation! Hopefully we can use Jairos services again!

Jairo cooked a fabulous meal for 8 guests to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday whilst on holiday in Spain. His communication was excellent throughout and he responded immediately to any queries. Both him and his assistant were friendly, attentive and warm during the meal. The pace of the meal was perfect and they were always on hand to fill drinks etc. The food was delicious and we enjoyed trying new dishes such as the fideua. They even made a small version for my 3 year old daughter which she loved. It was a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was an incredible experience for my whole family!! Not only was the food INCREDIBLE, but Chef Jairo paid special attention to our kids and involved them in the cooking experience! Chef also was able to accommodate some late requests and was such a pleasure to work with!

Jairo was awesome! The experience was very cool, and the food was very delicious. We loved being able to be a part of the creation of the meal but also being able to sit back and relax when we wanted to. We had the most amazing experience. They were very professional ( I say that to include his helper Joan) Chef Jairo is incredibly talented and prepared us an incredible meal. Everything was delightful. More than we expected. The presentation was phenomenal. The shrimp salad was superb. The octopus was hmmm.. the most tender octopus I’ve ever had. “ Delisciouso”. The cuttlefish ( which I never had before) to my surprise was really good. The steak was delicious as well! ????????✅ Lastly, the dessert chocolate cake with almonds and salted caramel ice cream was over the top. Everything served was over the top!! It exceeded our expectations. And the kitchen was immaculate! ( Yes, they clean everything up and kitchen was spotless. Highly recommend. Book your private chef with Jairo when in Spain. We are highly satisfied with the food and service of Jairo and Noah.They are very nice gentlemen and really knows what they are doing.Everything was prepared,cooked and served to perfection. The octupos was very tender , steak was perfect the dessert sooo good.Jairo told us he learned to bake the chocolate brownie with walnut and almond from his Mom.We had a sumptuous dinner. We were all so stuffed . If only we can give them more than 5 stars. Their team is a must try if you come visit this place.

Chef Jairo was absolutely amazing. He gave us a memory that would last a life time! He was exceptionally communicative from the moment I signed up, which was almost 2 months out from the exact date of using his services. He communicated everything clearly and concisely to make sure the moment would be extremely special. He went out of his way to deliver quality wine, pairings, as well as delivering excellent design, dishes, and meals for us. His energy was infectious in a great way. He made sure to bring roses for the surprise for my lady. I honestly could not asked for a better experience than what chef Jairo provided for us. If you are in the Marbella area. We had the most incredible experience with Chef Jairo. The food was absolutely delicious. He thoughtfully and expertly curated a meal for us accommodating multiple preferences and dietary restrictions cooking vegetables from his family's land, telling us stories and background about the food and Marbella and he worked with a sommelier to expertly pair wines for each course. Honestly, cannot say enough about what an incredible experience this was. We will never forget it!
