I'm not a professional chef with a degree, but I've been cooking since I was 10, and I've taken many cooking classes in professional cooking schools.

I've always liked cooking, it's one of my biggest passions, but I've always been hesitant of doing it for work, because I find that the hectic and stressful atmosphere of a restaurant kitchen takes away the peace and care that I like to cook with.

I've always said that I like to cook for me and my people, to have that cosiness and that enjoyment while I cook and then be able to share it with the people in my life and have a good time around food, that's what I would like to bring you.

As I said, I know I'm not the fanciest cook, but I've always been told how much people enjoy my cooking, the secret is, I love food and eating, so when I cook I make sure that it's going to be tasty and enjoyable later, even if it's something very simple.
