I am 20 years old and come from Mallorca. I am of Italian origin and have loved cooking since I was young. I decided to pursue a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in San Sebastian, Basque Culinary Center because of this passion and my desire to keep learning every day about what excites me.
