Private Chef In XàbiaI have had a love with cooking for my whole life. My earliest memories are cooking and baking with my grandmother. Since then I have dedicated my life to learning culinary arts in all shapes and forms, experimenting and always advancing to new levels, pushing the boundaries of food and art.
Working my way up as a professional chef across the world for previous 12 years always improving and expanding my repertoire. I have been found near stoves from Mexico to the Mediterranean, restaurants such as "Bistro No.8, York" to "Volta i Volta, Xàbia" and many in between, though I have had no formal education in food, I have never let this hold me back, reading, researching, experimenting and always putting in my all. I'm happiest when combining both tried and tested traditional cooking styles with modern scientific cooking approaches to create dishes that you want to savor to the last morsel.
