Helder cocino para 17 personas en la celebración de mi cumpleaños y solo tengo buenas palabras para su servicio: -La comida fue espectacular, todo estaba buenísimo, la presentación fue impecable y las cantidades perfectas, mis invitados me repitieron muchas veces lo rico que estaba todo; especial mención a su tarta de queso (de las mejores que probado nunca). -Preparo una mesa en el centro de la casa preciosa y perfecta para poder hablar todos y celebrar. -Su trato fue impecable; Educado, cercano y pendiente de cada detalle. -El trato previo para organizar la comida y adaptar el menú también fue increíble, todo fue muy fácil y eficiente por su parte. Si tenéis la oportunidad de contratar a Helder como vuestro cocinero no lo dudéis, acertareis seguro.

Our experience with Chef Helder was truly incredible. He prepared 4 dinners for our family of 12 while we were visiting San Sebastian. In a city that is known for incredible food and amazing chefs, Helder managed to out do all the rest. He prepared a variety of amazing menus, each prepared with the freshest ingredients that he sourced from the entire Basque region. He also managed all of our requests regarding individual allergies. On top of it all his personality was delightful. Our experience with him was the highlight of an amazing trip. I hope I get the opportunity to dine with him again one day.

Chef Helder made 3 incredible dinners for my family. Each was distinctly different, well prepared and delicious. His skills and creativity were on full display, He's a real pro! Every meal could had had a Michelin star.

Amazing person and chef! Was a joy to have in our home every day. He helped us with making reservations and anything else we needed. The food was great. We can’t say enough about him. He was a chef at a 3 star restaurant in NYC and knows his stuff!!!
