I like to call myself a ferryman of taste, , to make sure that it is not only food, but real journeys, where can give you and express real emotions

I am a 36 year old Italian Chef, I speak English and Spanish. I was born in Alatri(Rome). Coming from a family of farmers, with a food culture and recipes handed down for generations.

After finishing cooking school, I started working with Chef Mauro Briani at the Osteria "Mavi". From here for more than 10 years I have worked in Spain, England and Italy. In 2015, I became Chef at the restaurant "Vivo" in Ibiza, holding the role of my Chef Francesco Scarpulla (Michelin starred). In 2017, I started as a private chef in Ibiza. I studied and learned different techniques, from distant cultures and countries.
