Here I have not only raised my cooking standards, but also implemented sustainable practices that reflect my commitment to high-quality ingredients and environmental responsibility. My dishes have always surprised our customers, combining unexpected flavors and presenting an impeccable aesthetic.

In addition to my technical skills, I am a natural leader and a dedicated mentor. Finalist of the food reality show Hells Kitchen and winner of the food reality show Cook If You Can.

I have always been willing to share my knowledge with the team, promoting an environment of continuous learning and growth.

My ability to manage the kitchen under pressure, while remaining calm and efficient, is admirable.

I am also known for my ability to innovate.

I have developed several new dishes for our menu, many of which have become instant favorites with our customers.

My creativity and passion for cooking are evident in every dish I create.

At the moment I am working in Ibiza, where I come every year for the summer season. Then will go back to my brazilian restaurant for that summer season.
