Born and raised in Puerto Rico, cooking has always been at the heart of my upbringing. This is complemented with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, from the kitchen to cocktail crafting. Currently based in Seville, I blend the vibrant flavors and techniques of Caribbean cuisine with the rich culinary traditions of Andalusia. As a passionate and innovative young chef, I am dedicated to creating unique dining experiences that captivate and delight.
