I have been working as a chef for over 10 years. Food is my passion, being able to share my passion is all I want. I let the food do the talking.
I am a professional chef with 10 years experience. I studied culinary arts in Technical University Dublin, where I received a first class honours in my degree. I am currently a Sous chef for Meta in Dublin. I have experience teaching cooking classes in my time spent in New York working in an Italian restaurant that offered cooking lessons. I worked as a Sous chef in a fine dining establishment for 2 years, before opening up my own restaurant, which unfortunately had to close due to covid.
