I am proudly the 3rd generation of Spanish cooks: my grandma comes from an old village in Spain where she use to cook for many families, my mother as her oldest child was her assistant and so I was my mother's. We both learned the basis of the mediterranean home made food from the best. My mum got to manage 2 restaurants in Madrid of her own, and I had the chance to be her apprentice during this adventure. Since then, I have been cooking a little bit around the world, I have lived in: France, Netherlands, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, Bahamas, Nicaragua, Malaysia... I can teach you how to cook from scrapes, or prepare exotic menus for a special moment, we can bring flavours and colours to any occasion, keeping the love and care in every dish of the home made cooking.

Cooking is a moment of profound joy and peace for me, and there is no mayor reward than to make others share it and taste it.
