Hello my name is Ingrid Karin, i was born in Mexico and moved to ibiza 22years ago.
My passion for food started when i was a child, influenced by my Aunt who was cooking in a Cantonese Restaurant in Mexico. I first started working as a chef on luxury yachts cooking for diplomats, rock stars, football players and spoiling them with my food. After that i was cooking side by side with diferent chefshere on the island and travelling around the world with my culinary school expanding my horizons and prefecting my cooking skills, one never stops learning about food.
I love Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Lebanese and Asian food. I love preparing delicious BBQ and Paellas. I also organise different brunch menus: mexican, mediterranean, classic american and vegan Buffet for my clients on their hollidays.
