Since a young age big fan of good food and wines. Learnt from Hotelschool the basics of cooking and winestudies. Worked all over the world as Hotel Manager and for many winters in private chalets in the Alps.
For 2 years now more specialized as Chef and working/ creating healthy, vegetarian, vegan dishes. Chef Sebastian, my partner is a great chef and can create a high end/ fine dining/ family dinner for you. Together we come to cook for you! We started our private catering company 2 years ago. 2019 we cooked at many villas in the Sunny Algarve, Portugal. We are specialized in BBQ's/ complete 3 or 4 course menus/ retreats for healthy lifestye.
We are now based in the Netherlands and hope to create a menu for you.
