I’m passionate about feeding people nourishing delicious nutritious food and connecting people at the table using local seasonal organic ingredients
I’m a self trained chef but have staged in some of the worlds top restaurants like Blue Hill Stone Barns NY and Boulud Sud NY amongst others.
For 12 years I worked on yachts which took me around the world and my approach to cuisine reflects that diversity. I'm very lucky having had the opportunity to work with the best quality ingredients from local markets around the world.
Vietnamese and Japanese being some of my favourite cuisines along with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean.
Being sustainable is very important to me and using and making the most of what we have locally wherever possible.
