My name is Deny Cornette

I am 48 born in Mauritius

Uk and Spanish resident

Here is a little bit about myself

I have been working in the uk as a chef making my way up to the executive chef for the company for over 20 yrs

Designing menus and kitchens for any new projects

Opened and running my own restaurants for over 8 years in the uk, then Marbella and Puerto Banus

After the pandemic was lucky enough to moved to the beautiful island of Ibiza and Mallorca and Mauritius.

Worked as floor manager for a wedding company in for 1 season then as a private chef ibiza.

I am a hard worker always value my work, my team and customers

I am a calmed individual n good at solving problems and difficult situations

I thrived under pressure and always with a professional attitude and mindset

Love designing menu and elevate new n old dishes.
