I am a professional chef with 25+ years International experience in the culinary world.
I have a classical French culinary schooling, having trained and worked in several Michelin star restaurants and international restaurant experience from the Netherlands, France, Spain, Denmark as well as several places across the Caribbean.
I am the owner and head-chef of a small fine-dining restaurant La Mar Chica in Benalmádena Pueblo on the Costa Del Sol, and have in the past owned another two restaurants in Netherlands.
