Deborah is a plant-based private chef specializing in sports nutrition and raw, plant-based (vegan) cuisine and special diets. Studying with Master raw chef, Matthew Kenney, enlightened her vegan sensibilities into creating “eye-candy” raw cuisine for professional athletes, celebrities, and high-profile clientele, focusing on food for healing and a wellness lifestyle. Deborah started her culinary journey creating French galettes and crepes with her catering company called Crepe du Jour. Her spirit for adventure took her to the high seas within the private super-yachting world as main chef aboard the most beautiful yachts in the world, preparing exotic and local cuisine utilizing fresh local fruits and produce and generous amounts of seafood and fresh fish. Furthering her career of many years yachting, she finally moved to Paris, France to attend the famed Le Cordon Bleu to learn the French basics. Applying this knowledge to her healthy vegan lifestyle, is a combination of sophistication, flair, flavor and beauty.
