Chef At Home In PalmaMy cooking is honest and unpretentious. I like to impress with taste rather than presentation - I still believe in the importance of feasting with the eyes, but you won't find edible flowers in my dishes. I have a fascination with a variety of cuisines (Italian (and in particular Sicilian), Mediterranean, Chinese, Korean, Indian, Levantine, and guilty pleasures) but my true strengths are my favourite foods - pizza and pasta.
I have run a series of successful pop-ups in London which we are now turning into a permanent restaurant. Until the project is complete I am working as a chef-at-home to keep my knives sharp. I grew up in the Mediterranean and lived in Scotland, London, South Korea, and Singapore, collecting recipes along the way. Let's talk about menus...
