I love eating, I love cooking, I love everything about food. Observing the shapes and colors, how food changes if you heat it up or cool it down, using every part of it I really love to create a dish to eat first with your eyes.
My purpose is to create a beautiful food experience everytime you share food with someone, involving all the senses, changing the ways you are used to eat and cooking fresh and organic food in a natural way.
While I was studying architecture, I worked as a chef in a beautiful experimental theatre called Teatro del Pane. Each menu, for about 80 people, was created to accompany the show, respecting the spirit and emotional nuances of the performance. The starting point was the selection of raw ingredients and then with passion, love and cooperation the result was the quality of the dishes and the intimate atmosphere that pervaded the theatre. This experience made me conscious about the sense of community and conviviality.
