I'm a professional chef since 2004, graduated at IBERO in Sao Paulo , Brazil!
I've been traveled for so many countries having a opportunity to use local ingredients and getting involved on their culture !
I few years ago I was a private chef on the Portuguese Embassy on Vatican City,
In 2021 i had a master degree in Molecular Cuisine at CIB Barcelona .
Since 2017 I'm a private chef working on super mega yachts all over the word
