I'm 29 Years Young.

Born in Norway,

I Have a desire of discovering food and flavour from different countries of the world. The fruits and the traditional. Seeking the extra ordinary. Living for the magic, the in-between and the love for organic growth.

I grew up active in skateboarding, and Gymnastics. I am a big fan of nature, and to run wild on mountains, beaches and sacred land.

Making random ingredients, magical. As I have always made the best of what I have around me, this is a technique I use in my kitchen too.

Inspired, by friends. The talent came by learning too cock from scratch, learning by doing.

Bjorn Leonard was really good and created a special experience for our family on our Trip to Norway. We were impressed with the versatile menu he prepared which was well presented and very tasty. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were blown away. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend.
