I am a professional chef with over 15 years in European hospitality. I've worked in the UK, Germany, Sicily and the Basque Country, learning from and loving the differences in every place. I've worked in fine dining, event catering, on holistic retreats and in high end vegetarian restaurants. As such, no detail is too small nor number of diners too big, health is never overlooked and dietary requirements are taken seriously.
