Believer that great food with great people is the perfect recipe for a wonderful life. And my mission is to offer people this sort of happiness.
Chef with over 5 years experience in sharing delicious, creative food. I grew up in a 4 star Agriturismo in Tuscany where my Nonna was the head chef and owner. I learned from her how to cook and especially how to understand the ingredients and how to use them intuitively.
I worked as a chef in the UK for 4 years and been a personal and private chef for the last 5 years.
I am currently also a chef for yoga retreats and various exciting pop ups and supper clubs on the island! I post stuff about this in my socials.
My passion is to teach and share the love for a colourful dinner table that is centered around vegetables.
