Since I was little boy I never thought to do something different than burn myself and cut the best row material in the kitchen.
My name is Arturo I’m an Italian 30 yo Chef with a strong demonstrated
commitment and passion for cusine and good raw materials. My passion has led me to travel a lot for work, and each stage of my journey is not only a professional opportunity, but a chance to immerse myself in new sensory experiences and enrich my gastronomic repertoire. I never limit myself to cooking alone, but always try to get to know the local culture inside out by attending markets, meeting producers and learning from local master chefs.
