Chef At Home In Ibiza
My name is Antonio Navalon and I am a professional chef with more than 10 years of experience all around the world what gave me the knowledge to cook a wide variety of different "cuisines" as mediterranean, french, italian, asian, vegan, gluten-free, healthy, etc...
In 2018 I won the paella contest of Ibiza being one of my passions cooking this wonderful dish typical from my home town (Valencia).
I also love making "guilt-free" cakes an I call them like that because I bake them with the healthiest ingredients on Earth to give you the pleasure of having a sweet and not blaming yourself after it.
I have been working as a personal chef, executive chef, cooking teacher and head chef for the last years and I always enjoy offering people a 5 stars service with a smile on my face.
As I say to my assistants and students there is something wrong if you are cooking for people and do not have a smile on your face because it means that you are not adding your love to the food.
