I am a passionate chef with over 16 years experience both in the Kitchen and running events in Mallorca, Ibiza, London and Manchester. I am a Chef who loves to provide not only fantastic dishes but provide a friendly and approachable experience for the guests. I specialise in Mediterranean cuisine and excel in Tapas / Small Plates, Paella and BBQ. I also offer a fine dining bespoke menu to your tastes as well as Breakfast, Brunch and Lunches. I always give service with a smile and love to adapt to any situation.
