I'm always happy when I cook, and my dishes reflect the harmony and simplicity, the person I am.
My name is Andrea Pedicillo and I am a 47-year-old chef originally from Turin.
I approached this profession initially because it was part of my childhood and education. After finishing my studies and obtaining a diploma in chemistry, I decided to trust my intuition and embark on a culinary career
I studied cooking through evening courses because I worked during the day, and thanks to chef Sergio Leone, I understood my natural aptitude for it.
For the past 20 years, I’ve worked hard in this sector and honed my talent, and I'm happy to offer my culinary qualities.
