After founding my catering company Mona in Gran Canaria, I moved to Lanzarote, where I now cater primarily to yoga retreats, creating wholesome, flavorful meals that align with a balanced lifestyle. Understanding the importance of nutrition, I craft dishes that are both vibrant and satisfying, ensuring that healthy eating never feels like a compromise.
