Google led me to this site and I could not be happier to have encountered Chef Nivea. She was excellent in communicating from start to finish and really made our experience wonderful. Nivea was professional, equipped, knowledgeable and engaging. Plus, the food was fresh and flavorful - exactly what we wanted. I mean, what else can you ask for?! Karlis was absolutely phenomenal! Communicated with me the entire time and made sure I was clear on all the details. Her punctuality was 10/10 and was super prepared for everything. Food did not take her forever to prepare and everything we ate was incredible. Portion sizes were great and she made sure everything was cleaned up right after and during our courses. Would recommend her to anybody and it sucks she’s not in Texas, because I’d hire her WAY more often!
