Zenobia Howe the daughter of Chef Alana St. Louis was originally hired as a line cook at Taco fiesta straight out of high school and, in the space of only a few years, advanced first to Sous Chef and then, in 2011, was promoted to become Chef where she ran a food truck called The Taste of class.

Howe believes the first year of cooking food with a Caribbean emphasis brought everything together for her, how to focus on one or two ingredients in a dish and make them shine, how to keep things simple and interesting, and most important of all, how to work with the seasons.

Currently, Howe has taken on the challenge of creating elegant dishes in a wide range of culinary styles.
