Soy Chef William De Jesús Tirado, amante de los sabores que mueven el corazón. Cada plato que creo es una fusión de tradición, creatividad y pasión.
I’m a culinary professional and I want to grow as a private chef with a true passion for the kitchen. I believe food should be flavorful, balanced, and made with care—and I love creating experiences that bring people together around the table.
I’ve worked in both professional kitchens and small-scale local food businesses in Puerto Rico, including the renowned Coliseo de Puerto Rico. These experiences have shaped my approach to food: combining efficiency, creativity, and a deep respect for ingredients and technique. I’ve also had the opportunity to collaborate with talented chefs like Luis Vázquez, whose mentorship continues to inspire my culinary journey.
I completed my formal training at the Escuela Hotelera de San Juan, where I deepened my knowledge in culinary techniques, food safety, menu development, and global cuisines. My foundation is based on combining contemporary caribbean flavors with international techniques.
Whether I’m crafting custom meal plans, baking artisanal breads and desserts, or designing unforgettable private dining experiences, I bring professionalism, creativity, and a love for hospitality to every project. My goal is simple: to make food that feels good and tastes even better.
