Chef Will was phenomenal. He communicated well in advance and ensured that all my questions were answered. The food was delicious. 100% recommend the Puerto Rican Fusion menu. Alcapurrias were one of my favorites! For my bachelorette dinner we chose the Alcapurrias & Fried cheese with guava, salmon a la criolla with Spanish rice, sancocho and Caesar salad, chocolate cake and tembleque. Everything was amazing. I highly recommend booking him for your next event!

Chef Will was amazing - we ended up losing power in the airbnb unexpectedly and he still made an absolutely delicious dinner. He was kind, fun, and we'd def have him come back and cook again. Everyone loved him.

Chef Will far exceeded our expectations. He was prompt, professional, easy-going, and an incredible chef. He made the planning process seamless by being highly responsive, open to feedback, and offering multiple menu options. We were a group of 20 and used Chef Will for two menus—everyone loved the food. He also prepared traditional Puerto Rican cuisine and was able to accommodate for dietary restrictions (including Gluten-free). Again, food was AMAZING. If you’re considering Chef Will, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Our entire Party was Happy with Chef Will. He was professional, accommodating, open to feedback. This was not my first chef experience but it was for my Group. It was an added touch to our first couples trip and he allowed us the right amount of privacy as well as the right amount of combined interaction. I highly recommend him! Will was great. I had a party of 16 and he did a fantastic job. On time, attentive, very friendly, and the food was amazing.

Chef Will gave my entire family a day to remember with phenomenam food and drinks! I wish we could’ve had him stay for our entire trip. He worked with our schedule and budget and exceed all expectations - from the first sip of the best coffee I’ve ever had to the homemade tembleque that I was almost too full to try, would highly recommend him for any function.

Chef Wil was excellent. Always checking in to see what we would want and how to prepare it. We had one night where one person requested something totally different than the rest of the party and he was ready and willing to help out. He had good ideas for food and made due with periodic lack of cooking items that our house did not have. HE was kind and spoke perfect English. He was good with my kids and let them watch him cook. He was open to suggestions and checked in with me daily. I would absolutely recommend him.

1st time ever getting a Private Chef, and we did it while on vacation in Puerto Rico. We used Take a Chef and hired Chef Will for full service dinner with appetizer and a full meal for 4 adults with cocktails, and we COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER! Chef Will is the real deal, and the entire experience A to Z was so easy, and we enjoyed it every step of the way! Not to mention, the food was amazing! There was not anything bad about the entire experience and we want to make sure he gets the credit. Talk about a professional! He and his assistant put on a world-class dinner for us and left the house and kitchen completely clean afterward! I can't say enough good about Chef Will and our first experience with him!

Chef Will was fantastic!! The food was excellent and his service was impeccable. We never had to get up for anything while eating our meal and he cleaned everything before he left. We chose to have brunch everyday and he threw in some local favorites. We discussed the menu and he provided everything we wanted. Also, Chef Will is extremely professional and humble. It was actually a pleasure to have him cooking everyday for us! I would recommend him to anyone with 100% confidence that he will give them a great experience.

Chef Will is awesome! He was a great communicator throughout the planning process for the dinner and asked great questions to make sure he would have everything he needed for a great serving experience The day of our dinner, Chef Will went above and beyond! He even was able together a last minute request for a drink pairing. We had the beef empanadas, stuffed jalapeño peppers, pork stew, potato salad, fried cheese with guava sauce, and Spanish rice. It was some of the best food we had while in Puerto Rico. By the end of the experience, we were stuffed, had leftovers, and the kitchen was cleaner than when he arrived. Would definitely book again!
