I undertook my culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu in Boston, where I had the privilege of studying under the esteemed Chef Michael Schlow. Additionally, I honed my culinary skills in Puerto Rico under the mentorship of Chef Mario Pagan. I take great pleasure in working with ingredients sourced from around the world and seamlessly incorporating them into Puerto Rican cuisine.
