I’m a young, ambitious and passionate chef with a drive to create innovative, mouth-watering dishes, with dedication to serving up culinary excellence
I am a young professional chef with only 6 years of experience and still going. I studied at the Culinary Arts Academy in Harare Zimbabwe for 2 years earning my diploma and right after I dove into the industry which has trained to be who I am today.
I started work in 2019 as a 16 year old at one of the biggest hotels in Zimbabwe Cresta lodge Harare where I worked for two years participating in school at the same time which was hard but made it through.
Moved on to working at Ross Cafe a fine restaurant in South Africa for one year as a Junior sous chef.
I was very privileged to get a job at the best restaurant in the whole of Zimbabwe called Victoria Twenty Two. This grew me a lot as chef I have learnt a lot where I only started being known only as the youngest in the company to becoming a junior sous chef (youngest in charge)
My culinary journey thus far has been an adventure marked by passion, hard work and determination with love for learning new skills and recipes that’s taken me to new heights
