I love cooking and bring joy to everyone

With a passion for cooking since childhood and dreaming of becoming an excellent Chef.

This dream has been motivating me to always explore and learn how the professional Chefs work, and that brings me to the culinary experiences of today. After 1 year starting as a trainee Chef in a Chinese restaurant, I shaped my career path for the professional culinary as a Commis Chef working with a French Head Chef in 5 stars resort Phan Thiet, this is where I learnt a lot about French cuisine for 2 years.

After 7 years coherence with Hyatt Regency Danang, my devotion and passion brought me not only the Sous Chef position but also opportunities to work, learn and exchange culinary culture at Japan and Singapore. Hilton Danang is the current place that I have been working for 1 year to keep purchasing my dream.

My strength is the delicate and harmonious combination between Western and Eastern cuisine.
