Having honed my skills at esteemed establishments such as Radisson Fort George and Marina, and Cahal Pech Village Resort, I have developed a strong foundation in menu creation, baking, pastry preparation, and event catering. As an Assistant Chef at Cahal Pech Village Resort, I specialized in crafting menus for special events and leading kitchen operations, ensuring each dish was a masterpiece.
