I have been a chef for 10 years now. I studied formally at the Barbados Hospitality Institute and also at The University of Birmingham. I especially love Asian and Contemporary Caribbean cuisine.
I have experience in vacation rentals and with home owners in villas and condominiums. I've also worked in hotels, restaurants.
