Am very enthusiastic about cooking because am a person who enjoys creating dishes for pleasure to make my customers and guest feel at home.
I am a creative, confident,culinary chef i studied at Port Antonio Resource Skills where I studied Food and Beverage in Portland Jamaica. I have worked in a variety of restaurants and guest houses and hotel as well here in Jamaica. I also worked in U.S.A as a line cook in Sun Valley Resort in 2007-2008. I have skills in meal planning,food preparation and preparing outstanding food, team leadership, budget management, dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety for guests and customers.
