Professional chef trained in Michelin kitchens in the UK, including Alimentum, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and The Square.

Moved to Barbados in 2018, where I have worked in some of the islands best kitchens, including The Cliff and The Tides.

Currently working as kitchen consultant and private chef in Barbados, and in the UK
